Refund Policy — Digital Goldmine

At Digital Goldmine, we sell digital products (reels, templates, and content bundles) that are delivered instantly upon purchase.

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are non-refundable once the content has been delivered or accessed. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds after delivery.

Exceptions We will consider a refund or replacement only if:

• The file delivered is corrupted or cannot be opened
• You received the wrong product
• The product was not delivered within 24 hours of purchase

To raise an exception, contact us at influxivemedia89@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

Chargebacks Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being permanently banned from our store.
